An avid rider and well-known automotive guru, Mark was owner/GM of Indian Motorcycle Toledo until 2003 and worked at the new Indian Motorcycle Company at Kings Mountain, before opening Indian Motorcycle Charlotte. His quick mind and contagious passion for excellence influences everything that happens at America's First Indian dealer.

MIKE STERANKO - Service & Parts Manager
Mike knows Indians. Born into a military family, he’s lived in PA, AL,TX, and HI. He was a GM technician before moving toward his first love--motorcycles. He was an H-D master tech for 12 years before becoming an Indian specialist in 1999. He’s been riding for over 30 years, owns a 1952 Panhead and is currently building a custom 2000 Indian while studying Machine Technology. |  |
DAVE BALLARD – Lead Service Technician Dave may be the ultimate gear-head. A native of New Orleans, he specialized in electronics in the Navy. He came to Charlotte in ’94 as an IT Professional but his lifelong love of motorcycling led him to follow his passion. He finished Motorcycle Mechanics Institute in Orlando at the top of his class. As a gifted Master Technician, there’s not a V-Twin problem he can't solve. Dave was a Tech with HD for several years, completing all required PHD training through Master of Chassis. Dave has 35+ years of riding, racing and wrenching experience (since age 14), and currently owns 5 bikes of British, German and American ancestry.

Cecilia "Ceci" Terrebrood – Business Manager Ceci manages our financial details and helps expedite financing and insurance for customers. Originally from the Northeast (a Yankee), Ceci brings many years of accounting and transportation industry experience to our dealership. With a warm and caring outlook on life, she is here to help you complete your dream of owning an Indian Motorcycle. For fun, Ceci likes to ride her tractor around her country estate and watch over her son's dog. |  |
