Just wanted to drop you a line to let you know that even though I have only rode the 8-ball once since I picked it up, I really enjoyed it and thank you for selling it to me for what I think was a decent deal. I rode for at least 2 hours and had absolutely no Idea where I went. I just know I ended up at home smiling. Now all I have to do is sell the Kawasaki and I, and the wife will be happy.
You have a beautiful dealership there. Not only is it large and modern, it is well set-up for retail sales, sales of some beautiful machines from Indian and Victory. I enjoy being in your store and especially appreciate the collectables you have there, along with the modern machines. But most of all you have some good people working for you there whom made my buying experience relaxed and pleasant. Everything about my purchase was very professional and courteous.
You should also know that your man Andrew who sold me on the bike, expressed casual professionalism, good knowledge of the product in all aspects, and offered me unpressured salesmanship, of which I really appreciated. He sold me on merits alone. And he is continuing his support for me after the sale and I am sure will also do so in the future. "I trailered my 2012 Vintage down to Charlotte after completing an Army school in KY. I had met with Mike and Andrew last December and set a plan into place for doing the Stage 1 upgrade.
Prior to this appointment, I also spoke with Andrew about putting a front bumper on Nijlon while she was being worked on.
Once I arrived, I added a derby cover and shift linkage to the total just because of the quality work in the service department.
While Nijlon was on the lift, I raided the showroom for lil goodies to take back to RI with me.
I can't say enough about Mike, Andrew, and Mark, who took time out of his day to talk with me about Indian stuff. Once Nijlon was done, Mike and Mark helped me load her back onto the trailer for the long ride home. My only regret is that these guys aren't closer to RI, lol! Thanks again Indian of Charlotte!!! "

"I don't believe there is enough space to write everything I experienced at Indian Victory Charlotte. The owner and staff were unbelievablly helpful and patient while calling for several weeks prior to my purchasing. I must have had 83 questions, and called on each one of them it seems like. The time and care they took to make sure I was top priority and also getting the bike ready with my accessories was great. When I arrived to pick up the bike, they treated me with the utmost kindness, made me feel like we were friends for years. I've been to several HD Dealers in the past, and felt like I was a bothering them. If you've never been treated like "Royaltie" you have to visit this dealership. Although it's over 500 miles to this dealership, I look fwd to visiting them with all my bikes needs. I'm glad they're not closer, I might just buy another one! The staff that service the bikes are true friends, always there to answer any questions, offer suggestions, and give honest answers. By far the best Dealership I've ever been to. "

Mark, the owner, made everything straightforward and worked hard to make sure I got all the incentives I was eligible for -- setting me up with a great deal. "My wife an I visited your store during the first week of July. The young man in the show room (Andrew) was very helpful. I bought several shirts, patches, pins, a belt buckle and a couple of bandanas. Even though Carolyn is not big into motorcycles she was very impressed with your store and the quality of your bikes.. One of her remarks was there was a certain amount of "class" that she hadn't found at the "other" motorcycle stores. We will be back and hopefully one day I will own a Chief. "

"I travelled from Chicago to buy a used BMW from Andrew Nance. I made the almost 800 mile drive based on some photos and the information Andrew provided.
The bike exceeded my expectations. It was everything Andrew had promised and more.
In addition to the motorcycle, Andrew, Rose Mary, and Mark all treated me with honesty, kindness, and respect.
They made the whole buying experience a pleasure and the 1600 mile roundtrip well worth it.
I have bought many motorcylces in my time, but this experience is absolutely at the top of the heap.

"We made the trip from Texas (little over thousand miles up there) and I finally got me a 2012 Indian Chief Vintage. As of today have 1438 miles on it and no problems. Mark and his employees I give them a 10. We need a Indian dealer like Mark Moses down here in Texas. The man knows his Indians,explains things in detail with you. Been riding Harleys for many years and bought a Victory Cross County Tour and sold it to buy this Indian. The paint,chrome is notch's above Harley. Why I waited so long I do not know. My dad use to have a Indian 4cyl many years ago then he went to Harleys. He use to always talk about the Indian. He had hs Indian when he was young and I did not get mine till I was old. My son rides Harleys and he said his next one will be a Indian so we go back to Indian Charlotte to buy another one from Mark Moses."

"I have been riding Victory Motorcycles for around 8 years. My wife started driving this year, and after a few months on a starter bike has been looking to move up. After checking out the Victory website, she decided she wanted to get a closer look at a Vegas 8-Ball. I did some on line searching and found one at this dealer, so we made a road trip last Saturday from Columbia, SC.
I have been inside of nearly 20 Victory Dealers all over the country; this was by far the cleanest, most professional looking facility that I have ever seen. My wife walked right over to the 8-Ball to take a look, and Andrew Nance, did an OUTSTANDING job of making us feel at home and answering all of our questions. He understood that the bike was for HER, and made sure that she felt comfortable. I can tell you this was not the case in some of the dealerships that we have visited.
Andrew convinced my wife to test ride their Hammer-S demo, and understood that she has limited driving experience. He chose a route that she was comfortable with, and let her set the pace. She came back with a huge smile on her face after riding a Victory for the first time, and I attribute a lot of that to Andrew’s patience.
The good news is, my wife is sold on Victory. The bad news is, after riding the Hammer, she wants a Hammer 8-Ball, and we are going to have to wait for the ’13 to come to Indian-Victory in Charlotte NC!

"Right from the start, Indian Motorcycles, Charlotte impressed me with their efficient, professional manner - an approach that not only inspired confidence, but generated the interest I was hoping for. I needed an effective solution to my quandary of whether to buy an Indian Motorcycle after many years of owning Harleys. Mark and his staff, because of their years of experience and dedication to the brand, were able to fill in the blanks for me.
Being over 400 miles away and having never ridden on an Indian, I had what seemed to be to be a thousand questions about everything concerning the company, the follow-up service and the bike itself. "I have owned a lot of Bikes over the years from BMW to Victory, leaning more towards Harley Davidson. I had never even ridden an Indian but was assured by Mark & Mike that I would have no regrets and they were exactly right! The ride is better than a Road King and the Power is over the top. "I own a 2002 Indian Chief w/PP plus - thanks to Mike in your service department - I have had to fabircate a ton of offset brackets and such for pipes and Mike let me know which shortened the install - he warn'd me of the little relay below the electronic module under the dash you would never look for when troubleshooting, and the NAPA part #, major save there - and I was into this thing - I love my bike and it is like no other on the road - market gets better I'm next in line for another - all the best and thank again - "

"Your friendly staff greeted us- Calvin Taylor welcomed us at the door at 5pm (closing time). We had driven from the coast that day and had been stuck in traffic. This was my husband's Valentine's Day present- to visit the Indian Dealership near Charlotte, NC. He was so upset to think we wouldn't be able to look around- but we were surprised. Others were inside, the doors unlocked and in we went! Calvin showed him all the motorcyles and I got busy shopping for accessories- hat, t-shirt, teddy bear, etc. It was truly a great experience!
